Do we need to contact you for each snow fall?

No, we watch the snow amounts for you. We will come for any snowfall that is 1” or more.

Furthermore, we also keep an eye on totals if the snow amounts are getting close to the 60” mark for the season, we will make sure you are aware and make a plan for going forward.

How long does it take for you to come plow or shovel?

We ask for a 12-hour window from the end of the snowfall to service your residence.

Does the prepay pricing include shoveling?

The prepay pricing does not include shoveling, aside from away from your garage door and mailbox. Shoveling is an additional prepay price for the season.
