Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to call you when it snows?

No, we watch the snow for you, no matter what time of day or night, and will come for every storm 1” or more.

When do you come?

We come any time of day/night, but please allow up to 12 hours after the end of the snowfall for us to arrive.

Does this include shoveling?

Our services do not include shoveling.

Can I leave a car in my driveway?

Yes, we can snow blow around a vehicle, but we will not wait for you to come move it. If you have to park in your driveway, please park as close as possible to your house. Having all vehicles/ATVs/etc. moved before we come will yield the best possible results.

Can my gravel driveway be snow blown?

No, it is hard on our equipment and causes a mess of your lawn in the spring.

Should I mark my own driveway with snow stakes or do you do it?

We require our customers to mark their own driveways. Please mark all corners and obstacles as they are not clear for our drivers during a storm. We cannot provide a damage-free plow if driveways are not clearly marked. These can be bought at any big box stores… Fleet Farm, Menards, Walmart, etc.

What do I do with the yard sign in the spring?

Our drivers will come install a small yard sign at the end of your driveway before winter. This is to mark your driveway as one of our own to make it clearly visible during a storm. We will come in the spring to pick it up. Please leave it at the end of your driveway.

What areas do you service?

We currently service the Chippewa Falls/Lake Wissota area. Do not hesitate to reach out for a quote if you live outside of these areas as we would be happy to check for you.

Do you only do residential snow removal?

No, we also offer a full range of commercial snow removal and deicing.
